The hotel lobby is nice and spacious, according to many guests. It has a two sided fireplace which gives the property a good ambience, and as well as good first impression. Furthermore, it also has many seating areas for guests waiting for check-in.

Guests loved the fact that the hotel is close to many restaurants and the highway. There are also many attractions near the property, such as the George Mason University, Manassas National Battlefield, Nissan Pavilion, and Manassas Mall.

Free access to all of the hotel's well-maintained and fully functional amenities are given to guests. Take advantage of the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as many guests raved about it! There are also game rooms and a workout room for those who want to exercise. Moreover, there is a laundry room guests can use when staying in the property for quite a few days.

Guests reported that when they entered their room, they easily noticed that the sheets on their beds were stained. Some rooms even have comforters that are soiled and have hairs as well!

Despite being a smoke-free hotel, other guests were still able to smoke cigarettes on the hallways. Moreover, some other guests were also seen breaking pool rules for bringing foods at the facility and staying there well enough into closing time.

Many of the guests felt down and disappointed with the hallways, especially since the lobby was impressive. They reported that there were cigarette butts on the corners and on some of the potted plants. Furthermore, hallway’s carpet was quite worn out.
