Differing Views On Staff
While most guests found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient, some guests said that the receptionists seemed unfriendly, others reported billing mix-ups and reservations not honored.

A Bit Cramped
Some guests found the rooms a little too small for comfort, others complained that the king sized beds took up most of the available space leaving very little room to move around. Bathrooms were also on the small side for a few guests.

Call Housekeeping
Housekeeping more than passed muster for most guests at this hotel, but there were a few complaints about mold and mildew in bathrooms, stained bedspreads, ants and burned out light bulbs.
