The staff members at Drury's Inn & Suites near Forest Park are friendly, professional and helpful, with a great customer service attitude and always greet the guests with smiles.

The hotel is close to the 144 Interstate route which makes it accessible to the Interstate highway. It's also well located for access to Forest Park, one of the premier attractions of St Louis, as well as the various famous sites and attractions of this legendary city. The hotel is near a mall and a variety of good restaurants, making eating out and shopping very convenient.

The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast daily which is hot and filling. There is also a 'manager's reception' which is held several evenings a week, at which food is served. According to guests who have been present at some of these functions, the food served is so generous that it makes dinner quite unnecessary later on in the evening.

One guest was upset because the price quoted to her at the time of booking was very reasonable, but when she actually had to pay for three nights' stay, she had to pay 100 USD more than she had thought the final sum would be. It turned out that the price originally quoted had been mentioned without taking the tax into consideration.

Some guests have complained that the noise from the streets outside is audible within the hotel, especially in the guest rooms, causing disturbed sleep and the inability to have a really good rest.

This hotel has received mostly favorable reviews, but one guest admitted that if there were exhaust fans in the bathroom, it would be perfect.
