Guests enjoyed the vicinity of this hotel. With the hotel being close to the Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis being so close by, guests had an enjoyable weekend of shopping. Once they were finished, they were able to return to a clean, inviting hotel.

For guests who are traveling by air, they will appreciate the superb shuttle service the hotel offers to and from the airport. There is also a convenient shuttle service to the Mall of America, making it very convenient to shop and dine out.

With the convenience of a free airport shuttle, a nice bar area, and close to the mall and airport, this hotel is ideal for business travelers. The hotel offers basic amenities, has friendly staff, and is easy on the budget.

Guests have stated that while the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms need to be updated. The bathtubs are small and the shower heads are so low that some guests have to duck down when showering so they do not hit the shower head.

This hotel needs to make updates in the soundproofing of the rooms. With the airport being only about three miles away, guests have complained that the noise of the planes coming and going made for constant noise throughout the day and night.
