Negative Reviews
negative:
Seriously needs updating
Many visitors have noticed that the Quality Inn & Suites in Plano is in dire need of a revamp, as there are many maintenance issues that need to be resolved like badly peeling paint and loose taps. Some of the appliances in the rooms are also out of action.
negative:
Noisy freeway
If you are in need of a good night's sleep, then you should probably ask for a room that does not face the front. Guests have complained about large vehicles going past and disturbing their sleep, so opt for a room at the end of the hallway, facing the back.
negative:
Hallway carpet seen better days
Some of the carpets in the passages should be replaced according to a few guests. When visitors complained to management about the state of the carpets they were pleased to hear that they would all be upgraded during in the very near future.
