Positive Reviews
positive:
Staff members are keen and considerate
It’s easy to tell when people are happy (or otherwise) in the job they do. Happily, the enthusiasm and consideration displayed at this hotel on a daily basis is evidence that many of the guys and gals working here really do seem to love their roles.
positive:
Free breakfast is a step-up
Savvy travelers know better than to get excited about the free breakfast options proffered at two-star hotels. However, it’s fair to say that this trend has been bucked a little at this hotel as the complimentary breakfasts offered here are fresh, varied and, on the whole, really quite tasty.
positive:
Perfect place for an overnight stop
Right by the Interstate, blessed with a pool and within an easy walk of some laid-back restaurants; this hotel is an ideal place to enjoy a little respite from the road…
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some accommodations retain funky odors
Numerous guests have had cause to complain about a rather unpleasant, musty-type smell loitering around their accommodations. The fact that many visitors have also noticed mold and mildew in their rooms and bathrooms is no doubt just coincidental…
negative:
Noise can be an issue at night
If you’re someone who has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar places then you’d do well to include some ear plugs if your luggage when staying here. Visitors have highlighted the traffic from the nearby freeway, as well as noise generated by guests staying in top-floor rooms, as being loud enough to interrupt their slumber.
negative:
Complaints don’t detract from overall experience
If you manage to get an odor-free room and aren’t disturbed during the night then it’s probably the case that you’ll enjoy your stay here as it’s fair to say this hotel, generally speaking at least, knows how to deliver largely positive vacation experiences.
