Reviews of this hotel indicate that the rooms are basic but typically found to be clean, particularly since some renovations appear to have taken place. Guests have found the beds very comfortable and note that the selection of amenities, while not extensive, provide all the essentials for a quick trip.

Previous guests have tended to rate the standard of service here highly, with many commenting that they enjoyed a warm welcome at check-in. There are a handful of exceptions but, on the whole, guests have found the on-going service friendly and attentive.

Guests have noted the easy/off access to the I-75, as well as the proximity to the Sharonville Convention Center and the selection of restaurants within walking distance. Guests have used this hotel as a cheaper alternative to hotels in downtown Cincinnati.

Despite some renovations, guests still tend to be of the opinion that maintenance of the rooms could be improved. Reported problems typically relate to noisy air-conditioning units and bathroom fans although guests have also noted stained carpets and evidence of previous smoking.

Guests have found the breakfast here rather uninspiring, with the general consensus being that the breakfast buffet is average at best. Guests also report that the dining area is small and that the staff, although otherwise friendly, don’t always stick to the published times for breakfast.

Noise doesn’t appear to be a major problem here but guests have noted that they were able to hear trains, as well as some noise from adjacent rooms and hallways.
