Reservation Confusion
Some guests arriving at the hotel expressed their disappointment that their pre-requested room arrangements were not honored by the hotel. The hotel does not guarantee room requests but can only do its best to accommodate guest's wishes. The check-in experience however did not detract from their overall stay at the this historical hotel.
