Then people that work here are wonderfully friendly and are more than happy to help you organize tours of the local area. They will also call taxis for you when needed which is a great help. They have a great attitude and it’s nice to see them smiling all the time.

Guests are all in agreement that the pool area at this hotel is top class. They are quite happy to spend their days there sitting in the sun and sipping drinks by the water. It’s very well maintained, and if you have kids with you, then they’ll love it.

You are just a short drive from both Siem Reap and the airport at this hotel. It’s away from the highway so you can relax with practically no noise around the hotel at all. It’s ideal for a relaxing getaway and super value for money.

There are lots of options available to choose from at meal times, but the overall quality of the meals was quite average. It’s a little disappointing as you expect high-quality food in a five-star hotel. There’s also nowhere else to eat nearby as its a little way out of town.

This place is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but there are too many little niggles that see it fall at the final hurdle. The rooms are a bit dated, and there are some minor maintenance issues throughout. The pool loungers are quite old and let’s face it, at a five-star place everything should be perfect.
