The accommodations at the property are well appointed according to guests who add that the rooms are comfortable and a great place to relax. Each one is equipped with a work desk as well as a flat-screen TV and has a number of other features for you to use.

There are three restaurants at the hotel including Phum Kreus Khmer which features a menu full of local favourites. Travellers report that the on-site eateries don’t impress and aren’t necessarily worth trying.

The property can get pretty busy and this means the hotel’s restaurants and facilities are crowded at times. According to guests, the swimming pool in particular gets overcrowded which can be annoying if you are looking for a little peace and quiet.

Several visitors point out that the complimentary Internet found in the common areas and rooms isn’t all that reliable. The signal can come and go making it hard to connect while the Internet speed is also somewhat slow.
