Hotel Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku (Tokyo, Japan)

The staff members were found to be friendly and supportive to most guests. They appreciated the kind and polite attitude. They helped guests if they had Internet issues or guidance of the area.

Most guests were content to stay in a hotel that was well-equipped and cleaned daily. They felt the rooms were serviced nicely on a daily basis and the beds to be comfortable. They also liked the nice atmosphere of the hotel and the working facilities.

The hotel is very close to the public transportation stops such as Nishi-Shinjuku metro and therefore it was relatively easy to explore the area and city. There were also plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within a close walking range.

The rooms would have been nicer if they had some more storage space available for guests. There was also no sort of closet, safes, or mini fridges which could be helpful. The TV had limited channels.

Some guests did not like the charmless hotel and its boring décor and furnishings. They felt the appearance was too old-school and in need of a change, as if there was no effort to put some charm into it.

Some guests had a difficult time receiving a strong Internet signal from their rooms. They did not like to have such trouble to check email and other tasks. Some had to ask staff for support and they rebooted the system to lessen the problem.
