Positive Reviews
positive:
Great rooms
Many guests liked the modern rooms and the space provided. As real estate is a premium in Tokyo larger rooms are hard to come by. Comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms were among the amenities guests loved. Some rooms provide a great view over the city.
positive:
Location is a selling point
Located five minutes from Central Station Shinjuku this hotel makes it easy to explore Tokyo using public transport. The hotel also provides shuttles to Disneyland Tokyo. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes which makes it easy to not have to venture too far in the evening.
positive:

Friendly, welcoming and helpful, the staff offers great customer service. They will be there to help you with recommendations and directions or arranging airport transportation and other tickets or reservations.
Negative Reviews
negative:
On-site restaurants expensive
Several guests felt that the restaurants that are in-house are expensive and preferred to visit other restaurants in the area as there are plenty of choices around.
negative:
Some rooms not yet updated
Some rooms have been recently updated, while others have not. Guests who received a non-updated room complained about the looks as they are not shown on the hotel website. If you make a reservation you might want to request an updated room.
negative:
Large hotel can lead to issues
With 1400 rooms this hotel is quite big, and some guests felt that this made their stay more anonymous and that the service suffered at peak times because of high volume. You might have to wait a bit at the front desk due to this if the place is fully booked.
