Cleanliness and maintenance could have been better
Several reviewers claimed their rooms had seen better days and would have been improved by updating to address maintenance issues like cigarette burns, worn carpets, dated decor, tired-looking mattresses, aging furniture and old TVs with small screens. Cleanliness grumbles were also mentioned like inconsistent housekeeping standards and bedding and bathrooms that could have done with a deeper clean.

negative:
Unpopular charges for Wi-Fi
