positive:
Budget-friendly option.
With a host of free amenities, such as parking, Wi-Fi and a buffet breakfast, you can rest assured that you'll be getting a great deal here, and with value family rooms available, you'll have more to spend on days out and fun activities in the Grand Prairie area.
positive:
Close to major attractions.
Located just off a major intersection, you'll be located at a convenient crossroads. Whether you're on a brief stopover between flights from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, or you want to be close to the lively cultural scene of Grand Prairie, this hotel puts you within easy reach of both.
positive:
Decent free breakfast.
It may not be fancy, but the breakfast served up here is free of charge, and there's a range of hot and cold items to choose from. Along with the endless supply of coffee and juice, it's the kind of decent breakfast which should set you up well for a busy day of sightseeing and adventure.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Worn out and in disrepair.
Many guests are disappointed by the lack of upkeep at this hotel, reporting a whole catalog of problems, from substandard cleaning, to broken sinks and failing air-conditioning systems. It needs more than a fresh coat of paint, and if you want anything more than a basic bed, you'll be disappointed.
negative:
Nothing to do in the local area.
While it's a convenient hotel for getting to nearby attractions by car, the neighborhood itself has little to offer - it's just off the interstate with little else nearby. It means that if you want to go somewhere for dinner, you'll have to head out in the car and go into Grand Prairie to find anything.
negative:
The pool is often shut.
Whether due to maintenance issues or the over-liberal application of cleaning chemicals, the pool is shut on a fairly regular basis during normal operating hours, which is a disappointment to many guests, especially those who choose it because it has this facilitiy.
