While previous guests were appreciative of the professionalism of the staff, the location of this hotel poses a problem for those wanting to get a peaceful sleep. On several occasions, guests have complained that the noise form the highway could be heard throughout the night, making for a restless night's sleep.

While the staff is very accommodating, the lack of cleanliness is not worth staying. Guests had to keep their shoes on in the room due to the excessive filth of the carpets, furniture drawers were missing knobs, the bathrooms smelled of mold, and the towels are thin and worn.

Guests were not happy with the free, continental breakfast. The breakfast was not fresh, containing mostly dry pastries, waffles, bread, and cereal. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and fresh juice would be a nice added addition to the breakfast.
