They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and they are quick to assist with inquiries and recommendations.

Rooms are priced right and come with all of the basic necessities you require, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Guests say to be sure and request a room with a lake view, as the views are gorgeous.

Located halfway between Orlando and Daytona, this hotel is right on the water, and only two blocks from downtown and from nightlife options. There are restaurants nearby, including an outstanding German restaurant that's within walking distance. This hotel is also close to Sanford International Airport, and even offers a free shuttle service to the airport.

Guests say this hotel is rather old and tired looking, and the property in general is showing signs of age. The outside is most in need of fixing up, with updates like replacing windows that are scratched, updating furniture, and a fresh coat of paint. Some TLC would be a great help.
