Hotel Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Cincinnati Airpo (Florence, USA)

This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. One of the first things most guests brought up in their review was that their room was simply spotlessly clean on arrival. Even those who admitted to being very demanding thought that housekeeping had done a very good job.

Guests liked the location for a number of reasons. Those heading to or from the airport found it to be close enough, whether driving or using the convenient shuttle. Others found the location right by the interstate terrific, since it meant the hotel was easy to find initially.

Those guests who brought up the question of value for money invariably felt that they had received a good hotel room for a very modest room rate.

Guests found the hotel to be an incredibly noisy environment. For a start it was on the fight path of Cincinnati Airport, so received a lot of jet noise. Secondly, guests said that they could easily hear sounds in adjacent rooms and especially from the hallways.

Quite a number of guests found that their room was both smaller than they expected, an a bit too small to be really comfortable. They felt that the rooms would have been OK for a single traveler, but a couple, with their luggage, tended to get in each other’s way, and on each other’s nerves, in such a confined space.

Guests did not seem to have the best start to their day at the hotel. They described the complimentary breakfast far too basic to offer any sort of excitement, and also found the breakfast room too small for the number of guests accommodated.
