    Beautiful beach location

    The hotel is right on the beach, providing not only beautiful views of the beach and the sea, but direct access as well. Make sure to bring beach towels with you if you want to take full advantage.

    Quiet area away from the noise

    Because the hotel is on a Isla de la Piedra, a small island just off the coast from Mazatlan, it's quiet and peaceful despite how busy and exciting central Mazatlan can be. If you want to be able to enjoy Mazatlan during the day but sleep somewhere a bit more laid back, this might be a good choice.

    Though Wi-Fi is included, don't count on being able to use it, especially in your room. Service is intermittent, and even when you are able to connect, the quality is low.

    One downside to being right on the beach is that sand tends to get everywhere. The stairs and both the ground and the lounge chairs in the pool area often have a large amount of sand get into them, blown by the wind, which makes the area feel dirty.
