Hotel Manu Seoul (Seoul, South Korea)

The hotel is just a few-minutes stroll from Seoul Station so transport to and from the airport, getting the metro, or catching a City Bus tour, is all nice and easy. Also within a short walk there is a shopping centre, places to eat, and the busy Namdaemun Market.

After a hot and busy day exploring Seoul, whether seeing the popular tourist sites or just indulging in some retail therapy in the markets, guests look forward to a good shower to wash the day away. They are not disappointed at this hotel, with many guests saying that modern bathrooms have hot and powerful showers that are very refreshing.

The apartments have great views of the surrounding city. This is helped by the design of rooms, which have protruding windows that give you a stunning 180 degree view. Guests really like this feature.

Some guests were not overly impressed with the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. They found the buffet repetitive and said there was a limited amount on offer, so it could be depleted if you are not early. They did not consider it was very good value for money.

Guests find the rooms, apart from corner rooms which are thought to be quite spacious, to be fairly small. While not so small as to feel uncomfortably cramped, luggage would have to be opened on the desk so as to not take up valuable floor space.

While some guests are happy with the staff, others thought that the customer service offered was quite poor. They do not find all of the staff very friendly and welcoming, saying some do not smile, and some do not seem to want to assist them.
