The overall opinion of the staff members was a really positive one from past guests of the hotel. Apparently polite and friendly, the service provided by the staff members was also usually described as efficient and helpful.

The location of the accommodation has proven popular with many previous visitors. Along with various dining choices and stores reportedly within walking distance, the property is also a short drive from downtown London and other major points of interest in the area.
