positive:
Friendly, welcoming staff.
Most guests give the front desk staff high marks for their personable and professional customer service, noting that they are pleased to provide directions, recommend restaurants, and see that any maintenance issues are quickly resolved.
positive:
Good value for money.
Many guests feel they get good value for money at the Ramada London, as the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, there is no additional charge for Wi-Fi or parking, and it is very easy to find, just off the 401. Guests who choose the Ramada because they will be visiting the nearby hospitals gratefully receive good rates, flexible check-out times whenever possible, and other small kindnesses from the front desk.
positive:
Great for groups...
The hotel seems to be a top choice for young sports teams in town for a tournament, as the front desk is pleased to accommodate large parties by booking them into blocks of rooms on a single floor. The well maintained, decently-sized indoor pool is widely considered a bonus.

It may be time to renovate...
While many guests describe the rooms as dated but clean and comfortable, others were unimpressed by worn carpets, peeling wallpaper, or chipped tiles. Some guests also reported that there are not very many free, easily accessible electrical outlets in the rooms for charging devices.
negative:
Secondhand smoking...
The Ramada offers both smoking and non-smoking floors; however, more than a few guests were disturbed by cigarette odor in their non-smoking rooms.
negative:
Do keep your voice down...
Several guests have described the walls as "paper thin", noting that they can overhear the neighbours speaking at a normal volume. Guests have also noted that the exterior doors do not lock, and that security seems to favour a "kids will be kids" approach to maintaining noise levels or enforcing pool rules.
