Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and roomy apartments
While you shouldn't expect to enjoy a stay in ultra modern surroundings, guests have found these units are both clean and reasonably spacious. The provisions and amenities are more than adequate for a weekend break or a longer stay and guests have enjoyed having the extra space of the garden available to them.
positive:
Convenient location
Guests have been consistently pleased with the location of these Blackpool holiday apartments. You'll be within a reasonably short walk from attractions, dining, and nightlife - and even closer to a tram spot should you not be up to the walk. Having on-site parking available is an added convenience of this location.
positive:
Friendly and helpful service
Mark and Mimi, owners and hosts of these apartments, attract plenty of positive feedback from guests. Although these units are aimed at self-catering stays, guests report that they were offered a warm welcome as well as help with luggage, parking, and local recommendations.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Sofa beds may disappoint
Although guests are rarely disappointed with the quality of the main beds, the same cannot always be said for the sofabeds. These are found to be little more than a piece of a foam and, hence, more suited for children than adults.
negative:
Pay extra for electricity
While you shouldn't really anticipate racking up a huge bill for electric, guests haven't always been thrilled with the use of coin metres. You'll need to ensure it's kept topped up or you'll run the risk of any fridge food becoming spoiled.
negative:
Some issues concerning heating
Although more of a problem during the winter months, a number of guests have found these apartments a little on the cold side. The central heating comes on during set hours, between which you will need to rely on portable heaters.
