negative:
Dated venue
Some guests note that the interior of this hotel is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. The bathrooms in the guest rooms particularly are showing some age, although guests do say that the hotel is generally kept quite clean. It seems, however, that a renovation here and there would improve the interior aspects of this destination significantly.
negative:

While many of the guests find that the staff overall are quite hospitable at this location, there are a few isolated reports of problems checking into the hotel, with some reservations being lost and/or some check-in procedures taking upwards of an hour.
