Hotel New Braunfels (New Braunfels, USA)

Guests mentioned that the location of the hotel offers free access to the freeway, downtown and amenities. It is an ideal base for exploring New Braunfels area. They enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the pool. Guests were happy that they could keep their dogs with them. As such they felt that it is a great value budget hotel.

Guests found the staff to be professional and friendly. They treated guests as one from their family. The Check-in was also done in quick time. Guests felt that the customer service was excellent.

Guests liked the clean and comfortable rooms. The air conditioners functioned well and kept the rooms cool. They could also sleep well as there was no noise of traffic. They appreciated the comfortable chair and ottoman in the rooms. In the bathrooms the shower pressure was good enough.

Some guests felt that the mattresses and bedspreads were old and needed to be replaced. The carpets also are in need of an update. Some guests found the shower curtains to be filthy. Some who were tall felt that the shower head needs to be fixed higher up on the wall as there is a danger of the head hitting against it. Some guests recommended a minifridge in the standard rooms.

Being a pet-friendly place, guests felt that the hotel should have at least one pet station and a clean-up station. The grass spots face the street and the noise is disturbing for the dogs.

Guests found the pool area to be small and gets crowded when a large group arrives. It was also noted that variety is lacking in the breakfast offered.
