Guests were unimpressed with faulty drainage within the bathrooms. Some reported finding hair in the bathtub on arrival and others mentioned this issue resulted in unpleasant odors filling up the bathroom.

Many guests were horrified by the state of the facility in some areas. Mouldy ceilings, leaking aircon and ripped wallpaper are a few of the complaints heard from guests . The old carpets were stained, faded and suffered neglect due to irregular maintenance and vacuuming. However, regular maintenance will solve this.
