Notwithstanding that there are coffee machines in each room a number of guests to the hotel still made their way to the on-site Starbucks for a morning and an afternoon coffee hit! Many people mentioned their relief at finding their favorite brew.

Some guest reviewers considered the appearance of this hotel tired and worn in comparison to similar properties across the Hilton brand. Guests who stayed in the standard rooms were particularly disappointed at the size of the rooms commenting that they felt cramped.
