Hotel K-Pop Residence Chungmuro (Seoul, South Korea)

Guests enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is close to a subway station and a bus station that takes you directly to the airport. You can walk to a few attractions in the neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants can also be easily reached on foot. The neighbourhood is safe and not too loud.

Guests described the rooms as clean and well kept. Many mentioned that they felt that they received a good value for their money. The rooms are basic and pretty small, but if all you need is a bed to lay your head because you are out all day it is a perfect fit.

Guests liked the customer service provided to them at this hotel. The staff will help you gladly if you need directions to attractions or want recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Guests mentioned they had no communication problems as English is spoken well among the staff.

Guests felt the bathroom is more a small closet than a room. It is a bit cramped in there. The shower also tends to wet up the rest of the bathroom as it does not provide a door. Towels provided are not the big shower bath towels you might get at other hotels, but smaller.

Many guests mentioned that the breakfast is very bare bones, pretty much offering some instant cofffee, some fruit and some cereal. There are some coffee shops around to grab something else if you prefer.

Some guests had noise complaints as they could hear other guests in neighbouring rooms. Bringing a pair of earplugs should take care of this.
