Positive Reviews
positive:
Nice and tidy with comfort to spare.
Housekeeping was given top marks by guests who valued cleanliness. There's nothing worse than checking into a messy hotel room, and fortunately, this was never the case here. As an added bonus, guests were treated to a very comfortable bed, just the thing after a long day of sightseeing.
positive:
No shortage of things to do nearby.
The location was one of guests' favourite things about staying here, and they were especially glad to be able to walk to a number of restaurants right outside the front door. Nomdaemun Market was also close by, and you can shop until you drop in Myeongdong, just ten minutes away on foot.
positive:
Leave your luggage behind.
Many guests commented on the complimentary luggage storage. It was a definite perk to be able to store luggage after check-out, and guests waiting for a flight or getting in some extra shopping were thankful to have such a service.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not much space to stretch out.
Guests found that there was limited space to move around in rooms, and those who were staying in the family room thought that it was fairly tight for three people. If you are prepared for a bit less space, rooms shouldn't be a problem.
negative:
English not always a strong point.
Depending which staff member you encounter, it might be hard to get your point across in English. English language skills received mixed reviews from guests, so don't expect smooth sailing when it comes to communication.
negative:
Central air-conditioning.
Guests were unable to control the temperature of their rooms, which was irritating to visitors who often found it too hot or cold.
