Definitely make plans to hang out at the basement bar, Constantine, where the bartenders are artists, and the cocktails are unforgettable. Guests raved about the atmosphere as well as the quality of the drinks. The onsite restaurant, Monello, does not disappoint either. Guests loved the delicious food and the wine.

Ivy boasts a perfect and convenient location for visiting downtown Minneapolis. It is adjacent to the convention center and connected to the city's skyway system, so you can explore the city even on cold or rainy days. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance of the hotel and most major sights are within a few miles.

The staff at Inn at Ivy is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you run into any problems, they will try resolve it in an efficient manner. If you need suggestions on where to go or how to get there, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff is very knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel gives you the option to opt-in or opt-out of daily housekeeping, for eco-friendly reasons. Though most guests didn't run into any problems, a few guests who opted-in for daily housekeeping said they never received a cleaning. Another few who did have their rooms cleaned said that their towels and amenities weren't replaced even though the rest of the room was made up.

Several guests thought the in-room minibar wasn't cold enough.
