Positive Reviews
positive:
Location is a big hit
Just around the corner from Lavender metro station, close to a whole swathe of shops and food marts, and within an easy stroll of the utterly delicious eats (and sights) of Little India; it's easy to see why so many visitors considered this hotel's location to be its standout feature.
positive:
Hospitable reception staff go above and beyond
The vast majority of guests who've stayed here have been bowled over by the attitude and approach of the individuals who work at the hotel reception. Clearly, this is an establishment which puts great emphasis on effectual customer service.
positive:
Rooftop pool is a nice touch
A great many visitors enjoyed having the option of going up to the roof and escaping the city's ever-oppressive humidity with a dip in the infinity pool. It's quite long too so you can even do a few lengths if you're feeling energetic and have the place to yourself.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Standard rooms aren't for the claustrophobic
Few guests staying here appreciated the fact that, as well as being comically small, many of the standard accommodations at this hotel have no windows. If feeling hemmed-in makes you feel somewhat anxious then you may well find it beneficial to book a superior room or, failing that, ask for an upgrade as soon as you arrive.
negative:
Wi-Fi isn't great everywhere
Whilst some visitors reported no issues with the hotel's free Internet, many more said they experienced all manner of Wi-Fi related difficulties, with some even observing that they couldn't log-on at all for the entire duration of their stay.
negative:
In-room air-conditioning isn't the best
Noisy and largely ineffective, many guests have suggested that the A/C units in the guest accommodations are more of an irritation than a luxury.
