The rooms are generally described as very clean, inviting, and spacious. The large swiveling televisions, viewable from either the bedroom or the big, cozy sectional sofa are much appreciated. Families love the bright, well maintained pool, too.

The complimentary breakfast buffet has received many glowing reviews from hungry guests, and there are a good selection of drinks at the bar. The hotel shares a parking lot with several casual restaurants, and there are many more dining options within a short drive. The made-to-order menu available 24/7 also gets good marks for both convenience and taste.

The reception staff are often described as very friendly and welcoming. Guests also appreciate the free shuttle, as its five-mile radius includes the nearby King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge National Park.

Though most guests have found their rooms very clean, others have had oversights to report, including dust and worn or stained linens.

A few light sleepers have been disturbed by traffic noise, or else have found the walls too thin for quiet and privacy. Others have been kept awake by inconsiderate fellow travelers making too much noise in the hallway, and some say the breakfast area is a bit of a "zoo," noting there could be a little more seating.

Several guests have noted that the elevators are aging, and one is frequently out of service, leading to crowded rides and long waits.
