The entire hotel is well enough looked after that you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Of course, there are some minor maintenance issues but overall the place is in good shape with some great amenities.

The rooms at the hotel are extremely homely especially with that corner sofa that is perfect for watching movies on the flat-screen TV. You'll also find a fridge for your drink although one downside is that the bathroom is a bit small.

The Mall of America with its many things to do is just a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel. It's a great place to relax and have some fun or a meal. The hotel is also right by the highway which is perfect for those traveling by car.

The staff that work at this hotel are said to be less than enthusiastic about their jobs and as such the guests suffer. The rooms aren't made up properly at times and the front desk staff aren't as friendly or welcoming as you'd expect.

The breakfast is below the standards that guests expect from a Hyatt hotel and the breakfast room that it is served in is said to be too small. If it's a busy time, then you can expect to wait for a seat.

The highway side of the hotel is noisy 24-hours a day, and if you are a light sleeper, then you may have trouble getting any rest at all. The rooms aren't soundproofed so you can imagine how much noise gets in. Pack your earplugs.
