This area is quite popular with shoppers and guests feel very safe when walking back to the hotel with their bags. They are also quite impressed that there are so many things to do and places to eat within walking distance. It's also very convenient to the highway.

The beds are really what it all boils down to, and you can rest assured that they are extremely comfortable at this hotel. Guests are happy with the size of the rooms and the great in-room amenities such as the fridge and the HDTV.

The air-conditioning is handled by a unit that is in the room and for some guests the noise is just too much to bear. If you are used to silence before going to sleep, then you should pack some earplugs for this hotel.

The daily cleaning service that you should get doesn't seem to be a daily occurrence in some of the guests' rooms. Some say that they had the same sheets throughout their stay and that the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly.

The breakfast that is served each day is complimentary but guests still expect something a little better than what is on offer. The food tastes bland, and the fruit doesn't seem to be fresh. Not ideal for the first meal of the day.
