Guests said that they hardly needed to use their cars during their stay as many places of interest including museums and parks were within easy walking distance. Those who were keen to sample the local night life as well as the numerous cafes and restaurants were pleased to find that they had plenty of amenities literally on their doorstep.

Many enjoyed using the indoor pool which was said to be clean and warmed to a pleasant temperature. The on-site gym was also described as being well-presented with a good range of up-to-date equipment. Quite a few mentioned that being able to have access to the leisure facilities added to the enjoyment of their stay.

The hotel offers complimentary buffet breakfasts which the guests found very convenient. Many also appreciated the fact that they were able to enjoy complimentary fresh coffee which is on offer throughout the day in the lobby. Another benefit of staying here that was cited by quite a few guests was being able to take advantage of the complimentary on-site parking.

The continental breakfasts have been described as being rather meagre with only a limited amount of items on offer. Some guests also objected to the fact that the cooked items such as scrambled eggs were not served warm enough.

Quite a few guests mentioned that the carpets in their rooms did not look like they have been thoroughly cleaned and hovered. Others  reported that the housekeeping staff did not replace their supplies in a timely manner.

Guests mentioned that there are only a limited amount of spaces at the on-site parking lot which meant that they sometimes had to park across the road due to lack of available spots.
