Hotel Fairmont Winnipeg (Winnipeg, Canada)

If you wanted to be treated with outstanding service, happy guests highly recommend this hotel. People who have stayed here have said that the service-oriented culture contributed to a wonderful stay and that all of the staff goes out of their way to be accommodating.

Travellers liked that they could just walk out of the hotel and be within of walking distance of so many attractions such as The Forks and the Canadian Museum of Human Rights. Others also liked that they were within close proximity to the restaurants in the Exchange District.

People who stayed in the Gold Level accommodations raved about the access to the lounge and the services available there. Others highly recommend that people request Gold Floor rooms because of the attention to detail.

Many people are not fans of the interiors of this hotel. Past guests have said that it’s a bit dated decor-wise and basics such as carpet and curtains were shabby, stained and in need of a deep cleaning.

There seems to be several rooms that were too small for people’s liking. Travellers were not expecting lack of space at this hotel.

Regular guests of the hotel’s sister properties around the world were surprised that there is no spa on the premises since it is a huge amenity in other locations. People definitely did notice there was no spa and felt that it was not up to the hotel company’s high standards.
