Negative Reviews

There are smoking rooms here
Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Arlington offers both non-smoking and smoking rooms. This is quite evident, because when you step over the threshold of a room that has housed smokers in the past, the acrid, stale smell of second-hand smoke is hard to miss. If this is a problem for you, be sure to state your preference for a non-smoking room upon booking, and then again at check-in. .

The hotel needs a facelift
It's been a while since this hotel has been renovated and it shows. Stained carpeting, dated furnishings and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days are among the worst offenders. .
negative:
The walls are thin
The walls here are thin which may result in bleed-through noise from your neighbors beside and above you. And in addition, the doors between adjoin rooms have no insulation whatsoever. If you are looking for a quiet stay, be sure to ask for a corner room on a high floor, far from the madding crowd. .
