Room for the whole family...
The guest rooms are described as modern and brightly decorated, with plenty of room for a young family in either a studio or a suite thanks to the sofa sleeper in the comfortable living area. The full-size refrigerators in the kitchenettes are another much valued feature for families, as are the free Wi-Fi and good range of channels on the large tv. The effective blackout shades are also a plus.
positive:
Friendly, accommodating staff...
The front desk staff are often praised for their friendly and professional customer service. Hungry guests also appreciate the variety of dishes on offer at the breakfast buffet. The waffle machine and the "toppings" bar are particularly popular.
positive:
Stay in the Loop...
The hotel's suburban location works well for parents moving kids to Texas Tech, just a few minutes away. It's very also close to several casual restaurants, some of the area's best shopping malls, and two major freeways. The drive to the airport takes about 15 minutes.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The ghost in the machine...
Guests comment that the air conditioning, while effective, has a persistent "rattle" that is difficult to ignore while trying to sleep or watch television.
negative:
Life is a highway...
Freeway noise has also been reported as an issue, as has poor sound insulation between rooms and floors. Light sleepers are advised to top floor request rooms at the back of the hotel.

But first, coffee...
Though many guests enjoy the breakfast buffet, some are confused by the overall layout and microwave instructions for the pre-packaged egg sandwiches.
