Between the various amenities included in your stay, guests felt that they got a very good deal with the ability to take advantage of such useful things like the indoor pool, the Jacuzzi, a decent gym and the business center. If you arrive by car, you'll be happy to note that free on-site parking is available. Guests opting for upgrades to the suites enjoyed access to the Executive Suite with the snacks, good drink selection and tasty breakfast receiving lots of praise.

The hotel rooms are spacious and conveniently equipped with a work desk, a flat-screen TV and a mattress that most guests found to be very comfortable. They also noted that the bathrooms provide sufficient counter space and room to move around.

Guests noted that the hotel is less than a 15-minute drive from the airport and the Mall of America, which can both be reached via the free shuttle service. Downtown Minneapolis is only 20 minutes away, and Mt Normandale Lake Park and Braemar Golf Course are less than four miles from the hotel.

Several guests reported that the front-desk staff wasn't the most helpful or caring and seemed to have little knowledge of the local area and its attractions.

A few guests had issues getting their showers to drain, and some noted that you might want to bring an eye mask so that the smoker detector's constant blinking light won't keep you up at night.

Guests pointed out that the pool and hot tub are nice to have, but a quick dip will probably be all you're interested in due to their small size.
