Waitstaff want diners to have a truly perfect eating experience and as such go above and beyond with incredibly attentive service.

Warm-faced and open-hearted front-of-house staff are a welcome first point of contact for many weary arrivals. Always approachable and available to answer questions and satisfy room requests, remarkable receptionists are routinely thanked for their kindnesses, which includes granting complimentary late checkouts wherever possible

Reviewers feel this hotel is ageing slightly and find guestrooms a little basic when compared to others from the same chain. While the lobby area has been recently redone, rooms feature dated furnishings and décor, while bathroom fittings are tired and in need of replacing.

Though many guests claim to sleep well, a worrying amount of reviewers complain of a restless night’s sleep on account of the bad beds. Poor quality mattresses are too small and too soft for some sleepers, leaving more than one reviewer sore for days afterwards.
