This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city. In fact, it's just a five-minute walk to the city center itself and the many sights of Kansas are all within easy walking distance or are just a short cab ride away.

The staff at this hotel have obviously been through a very thorough training program as all of the employees are extremely polite and helpful. No matter what your problem is, they will do their best to help you find a solution.

Free parking is hard to come by so close to the city center, so guests are very pleased that it is provided at this hotel. They say that there is more than enough parking and that the garage is right by the hotel and very convenient.

According to some guests, this is a perfectly acceptable hotel for three stars but it is a little overpriced for an average hotel. The staff are great, but they feel that a cheaper rate would be more in line with the overall feel of the hotel.

The room rate at this hotel does not include breakfast, and some guests are surprised to find this. They think that a free continental breakfast would be more than adequate and would certainly make them feel more valued.

It is true that this hotel is very conveniently located but what you gain in convenience some guests feel you lose in safety. It's not a particularly dangerous part of the city, but some people say they wouldn't walk around outside the hotel at night.
