Free cookies when you arrive are a nice extra.
This hotel strives to do something a little bit different by offering you free cookies when you arrive. It's these small added touches that make you feel at home while away from home.
positive:
Everyone working here knows good customer service.
You can expect courteous service and a warm welcome when you arrive at this place, everybody is well trained and professional. No request is too big or small for the staff, they do their best to make sure you have everything you need.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Service at breakfast needs to be improved.
The breakfast buffet is a bit disorganised and more staff are needed to allocate seating and replenish the food trays. You may end up waiting a while when something runs out.
negative:
Business travellers beware, there's no free Wi-Fi.
The hotel doesn't provide a complimentary Wi-Fi service in the rooms, which is far from acceptable from a four star hotel. This extra cost on top of the room rate is an issue, especially if you need to stay connected for business.
negative:
Decor is falling way behind the times.
A waterside hotel with a deteriorating appearance, the old decor can make quite a bad impression if you've never been here before. A thorough renovation with modern design in mind would really improve this place.
