Guests were very complimentary with regards to the overall cleanliness levels of their en-suites stating that the floors and surfaces were free spotless and also appreciated the crisp and fresh linens. May said that they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay including quality coffee makers as well as microwaves and fridges.

From the freshly prepared breakfasts through to the evening meals, guests said that the food served on-site was well-prepared using quality local produce. The menus were said to be varied and extensive and many appreciated being able to order hot dishes for breakfast as well as choosing from the continental buffet.

Guests said that they were very pleased with the level of service they received at the hotel, stating that the staff often went the extra mile in order to assist them with their requests and queries. Many reported that they felt well-looked after during their stay and expressed their gratitude to the staff for making their stay pleasant and enjoyable.

The service at breakfast was said to be rather slow with guests stating that they had to wait longer than expected to receive their orders. Guests noticed that there were too few staff at breakfast time which contributed to the delays.

Guests reported several maintenance-related problem ranging from blocked WC’s and slow draining sinks through to faulty electrical equipment and blown light bulbs. Those who reported the issues said they were efficiently resolved.

Some rooms look out onto the roofs of the nearby buildings which left guests rather disappointed. If you are keen on having a scenic view it’s advisable to let staff know prior t booking.
