Even though the hotel is of the  “no-frills” kind, guests feel that the essentials are in place for a good night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with extremely comfortable beds. Despite being just opposite the airport, the rooms are incredibly quiet too with no disturbances from planes landing or taking off.

The hotel's employees turn what could easily be a standard overnight hotel experience into a pleasant stay. They go above and beyond what is necessary with desire to keep you happy thorughout your time here.

The hotel is ideally positioned for anyone taking a flight from Shreveport Airport. Guests appreciate the free shuttle service and being able to park for free whilst they are away. Not only is the hotel convenient for the airport it is close to the I-20 too, allowing easy access.

The guests seem to damn the hotel with faint praise. There's nothing really wrong with the place, apart from the odd maintenance issue and a general feeling that it is showing its age. That being said, the hotel is not great either. There is nothing spectacular about it – even the breakfasts are considered OK – if a bit on the mediocre side.

Guests express doubts about the safety of the surroundings. The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, and whilst security seems OK, it may not be advisable to go for a wander outside.

Guests wonder if they are paying a bit over the odds for this hotel, which is nothing special after all. Even though you are near the airport, the area itself doesn't command a surcharge and there is perhaps better value to be had elsewhere.
