Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Shreveport Airport (Shreveport, USA)

Based on the feedback of most former guests, the front desk personnel were a highpoint of staying at the hotel. The service delivered by the staff members on reception was often seen as friendly and polite.

With the Shreveport Regional Airport just a little over five minutes away by car, the location of the accommodation was great for past guests that were travelling to that particular area. Furthermore, an airport shuttle service is also available, which has helped provide an extra level of convenience for those going to the airport.

While the hotel's rooms were not the most highly regarded, they have received praise in certain areas by previous guests. Along with being defined as spacious, the rooms were usually said to feature comfortable beds.

The cleanliness standards of the accommodation have received a mixed reception overall from past visitors. Although fine in certain cases, hygiene-related issues such as mould in the bathrooms, leftover rubbish and unclean swimming pools have been reported on a somewhat regular basis.

Whilst its quality was acceptable for the most part, numerous former guests were disappointed that breakfast was not inclusive with the cost of staying at the hotel. Furthermore, the price of the breakfast buffet has been considered expensive to an extent.

One aspect of the accommodation that has been routinely criticised by recent visitors was the air conditioning units. As well as being described as noisy, the air conditioning was often considered ineffective in keeping the rooms and public spaces of the property at a comfortable temperature.
