Many also took advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service, which enabled them to eliminate the need for rental car service. They found the shuttle service to be quite efficient. It is also right off of I-20.

They were pleasantly surprised by the number of hot items in the buffet, such as waffles and eggs, and appreciated that those items were served hot, even when the buffet was busy. From the swimming pool that was green with algae to the state of the guest rooms, reviews of Baymont Inn & Suites Shreveport did not have kind things to stay about the cleanliness of the hotel. Specific complaints included stained carpets, food spilled inside the mini-fridge, and appalling smells.

It was clear to everyone who stayed here that more upkeep was needed. There were reports of doors falling off the hinges, missing sink knobs, poor water pressure, flickering lights, missing phone cords, sinks that didn't work, TV remotes that didn't work, and weak Wi-Fi connectivity, among other complaints.
