Positive Reviews
positive:
Taking the lead with pet friendly rooms.
Sometimes, so called pet friendly rooms are more akin to kennels; certainly well below the standard of other rooms. No need to apologize to the family pooch for bringing him here, though! Rooms are well up to the standard of other rooms; well furnished and decorated. They are spotlessly clean and smell of fresh air .. not 'dog'! Pets aren't charged extra either.
positive:
Fabulous location.
This hotel certainly isn't in the middle of nowhere so evening dining doesn't become a major expedition into the unknown. Instead, there are numerous restaurants, shops, bars and grocery stores within walking distance and the noticeable factor is that you actually feel safe and relaxed. Plus, it's a short drive to the airport and to Frankfort.
positive:
Tidy parking.
In keeping with everything else, the parking area is clean and tidy and a compliment to visiting guests.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy neighbors.
Not the hotel's fault that some folk just don't know how to behave, but sometimes they are so noisy that you begin to wonder if there is any sound insulation at all between the rooms.
negative:
Not the footprint the hotel wants
You enter the room with clean feet, but after walking bare foot on the carpets, your feet appear to be dirty. Wonder why that is!

Fancy something old and shriveled?
Breakfast is just Ok, but could be better. Probably they should cater for the demand as it arrives. Instead, they seem to mass cook things like sausages. Later arrivals for breakfast are then faced with shriveled and unappealing sausages.
