Guests are pretty much blown away by the standard of the buffet breakfast. It is varied, with hot options, and most of all free! Not only that, they also love having coffee available whenever they want.

You are promised a comfortable and clean room and, according to its guests, that's exactly what you get. The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean on the whole and a lot of guests find the bed to be extremely comfortable. What's more, the decor is nice and inviting and the rooms feel up to date.

Guests appreciate the warm welcome they are given. The staff is so helpful and cheerful with a positive attitude. This makes you feel really at home during your stay.

There is a feeling that the rates are just a tad on the high side. The hotel is certainly not expensive, but neither is it cheap. However, with what you get included, few guests really complain.

Although few and far between, there are some reports of clogged up toilets or bathrooms in need of repair.

Whilst few guests had much of note to complain about, there is an overall feeling that this hotel lacks a bit of something or other. The location – not really near the Interstate - or the difficulty of access doesn't help for many, nor the feeling that it is aging. However, it just seems to miss a “wow factor” or something specific to set it apart from other hotels in town. There is just an overall feeling that the hotel is nothing special and not comparable to other Hampton Inns.
