When you pull up to this hotel, you will see a lovely gated residential complex, right up to a golf course. The hotel itself is right in between Tulum and Cancun, so you can check out either spot in a few minutes' time.

Not only are you close to a few major spots, but you will also find tons of stores and eateries right outside of the hotel. You will not even need to travel far - you can walk there in just a few minutes.

Even though there is a breakfast each morning, you might not find something you want to start your day with. Outside of scrambled eggs and bread, the options are pretty limited.

From spilling trashcans to empty toiletries, there are quite a few areas the hotel will likely miss to restock. You might have to ask them to come back a second time to cover all the bases.

Unless you speak Spanish, communicating with the staff can be a bit of a hassle. Most of them do not speak English, which can cause a bit of an issue when it comes to communicating.
