The resort is located away from all the noise of the city and is very tranquil. Many of the guests were amazed by how quiet the resort was considering its close location to the city. Lush tropical foliage, and verdant landscapes make staying here a joy.

Many guests remarked about the pools and how amazing they were. Lovely landscaped areas frame several swimming pools, including a family friendly area. Many guests stated that they loved the pool more than going to the beach because the attentive staff and amenities were such that they just didn't want to leave poolside.

Many guests who stayed there in the early spring, which is busy season, stated that services often fell behind, especially housekeeping. Additionally, during this time the facilities are so booked as to make it difficult for those with families to get into certain areas.

Many guests reported their dismay at having to pay for beach access, which is located through the Reef Beach Club across the street. This was not disclosed in the advertising and many guests felt as if this should have been made clearer in the brochures.
