Hotel Gangnam Serviced Residences (Seoul, South Korea)

Guests enjoyed the location of the apartment hotel because it is between two metro stations. The public transportation stops were also close by, as well as a 24-hour convenience store, cafes and restaurants. The location in Gangnam was ideal.

The rooms were found to be cosy and clean by guests who stayed here. There were plenty of amenities such as washers, microwaves and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen was nice to use to cook your own meals. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious.

The apartments were a good choice for guests traveling as a family as they could use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. They had enough space to move around and be independent.

Guests were confused as to what the hotel offers during a stay. They found the restaurant is only open in the morning, breakfast is not available in the weekends, there is no spa, and the map of the hotel to not be clear enough.

Guests found the staff to not do much to make their guests feel comfortable. Communication was not part of their customer service and they did not offer valuable information for transportation or ticketing. Guests would have preferred a more communicative staff.

Guests thought that the smells were bad and did not have a pleasant ambiance. Guests thought this was due to the fact guests could cook their own meals inside. The smells would be in the corridors, especially of cigarette smoke.
